Middle School Swimming

Producing champions and leaders in the pool and the community
The Tyler Independent School District offers two Middle
School programs at Hubbard Middle School and Moore
Magnet School.

The Middle School Swim Program provides interested 7th
and 8th graders with an opportunity to gain exposure to
the competitive side of the sport of swimming prior to
entering High School.

The middle school swimming program has been designed to
help develop the basic skills of competitive swimming  
to ensure that the Varsity Swim Team at Robert E. Lee
High School always has experienced incoming freshman to
add to the program.

The teams train throughout the school year and compete
during the spring. Participating in the meets is a
vital component of the Middle School program as it
helps forge the sense of team that each student-athlete
will carry on for a lifetime. Meet information and
results of the meets will be posted on this site as
well as on each schools sites to keep everyone in the
